Holistic Fleet Management - Mixed fleet of AGVs, Forklift & manually driven vehicles
DeepHub® enables tracking AGVs/AMRs from different vendors and forklifts with any tracking technology in the same industrial environment. The real time location data is then passed to Fleet Management to orchestrate traffic management and safety of mixed fleet on the production floor. This facilitates the end customer to work with any AGV / AMR vendor without a lock-in. The advanced geo-fence mechanism of the DeepHub allows AGV / AMR to streamline the traffic and ensure fullest efficiency of the fleet. The collision detection feature of the DeepHub ensures safe operations by coordinating every fleet object.
Streamline inbound & outbound intralogistics
DeepHub® provides complete visibility & transparency of the intralogistics operations by tracking assets through each step. It combines a tag with barcode or RFID handheld scanner, so that all the RFID or barcode quipped assets can be tracked precisely leveraging the location data from the tracking technology. This is most cost effective approach of indirect tracking where customers get to use their existing infrastructure.
End to end supply chain monitoring & control
DeepHub® offers geo refencing of the asset location data. This enables to plot a complete supply chain on one common platform. Inventory tracking with RFID, workorder tracking with UWB, worker tracking with BLE, AGV fleet tracking with SLAM, fleet of trucks tracking with GPS telematics all are monitored on the same platform - DeepHub. All the partners of the supply chain - OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, Tier 2 supplier, vendors can choose to send OEM specific asset location data to the DeepHub and a complete supply chain control tower will be realized with any dependency of technology or vendor.
Automatic SAP bookings
DeepHub® tracks work orders / assets as it goes through each machine process. The advanced geo-fencing mechanism of the DeepHub triggers fence entry events when asset enters in the machine process & triggers fence exit event when asset exits the machine process. These entry & exit events are directly consumed by SAP and all the operations of the SAP are automated based on the real time movement of assets on the production floor. The machine stations are booked automatically and production processes are booked as started or finished with timestamp, visualizing a complete process mining of the production processes. The ensures full autonomy, increased efficiency and reduced human error.
